Delivery
We offer UK Standard Delivery on all orders.
UK Standard Delivery: 2 - 4 working days at £3.95.
FREE standard delivery when you spend over £55.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please note that during extremely busy periods, dispatch may take longer. Your delivery timeframe starts from the day your order is dispatched.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. To start a return, please email info@adventurepuppro.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless damaged or faulty. If product is damaged or faulty, please email photos of the products along with your order number.
Please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Non-Returnable Items
For personalised or custom-made items like ID Tags, these cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as personalised products cannot be changed or returned.
